The rehab center, 'Horizon of Hope,' teems with guards who wield unchecked power over all the 'patients.' Among these, some patients appear overly eager to comply with the guard's perverted demands, while others display a marked reluctance.
Under the guise of medical treatment and led by scientist Doctor Kerson, the facility harbors sinister intentions for its patients—a truth Kira quickly discovers during her first 'therapy' session with Kerson.
